Asparagus Soup

To make this delicious and nutritious soup you will need:
- Half an onion
- Bunch of Asparagus
- Pint of Vegetable Stock
This Asparagus Soup recipe is healthful and low calorie but filling all at the same time.
- First, chop the onion and sizzle till soft.
- Grill the asparagus to with a little salt a pepper to bring out that beautiful flavour.
- When soft and slightly charred chop and add to onion
- Add Stock, bring to boil, then simmer until all is tender
- Whizz
There is no cream added as the asparagus soup does this all by itself
