I have been doing:

Monday: Yoga

Tuesday: Circuits and Body Conditioning

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Power Pump and Advanced Pilates

Friday: Rest

Saturday: HITT

Sunday: Personal Training

Getting a routine has really helped achieve these results. Before I was so sporadic and wasn’t keeping it simple and consistent
